Artist Statement
I use simple materials to create works that explore my feelings about change. Lately, I have been thinking a lot about the tremendous changes taking place in our world today. We seem to approach them in differing ways with emotions from fear, surprise & anger to anticipation, happiness & optimism. I selected this space to convey that the dark cloud of uncertainty isn’t a place you have linger in; it’s a place you come to experience, understand and then move through toward a brighter future.
